I was approached by the Consumer Journey team to redesign the experience. The solution? A single red box. Inside, everything you need is organized and easy to find. The box feels like a gift—simple, inviting, and designed to guide you through setup with ease.
Open it, and new owners will find neatly packed water and air filters, along with clear, friendly instructions. No more hunting for scattered papers or trying to decipher technical drawings. From installation to registration, every step is laid out in a thoughtful progression.
